FuturePerfect: Application form

To apply for Katimavik’s FuturePerfect program, please answer all of the questions below. FuturePerfect is open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents and landed refugees.

This program is open to individuals from all educational backgrounds. Applicants must have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and be 30 years of age or younger as of the start date of the cohort for which they are applying.
