FuturePerfect Participant Application

To apply for FuturePerfect by Katimavik, please complete all the questions below. This application takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.

FuturePerfect is open to Canadian citizens, Permanent Residents, or landed Refugees. This program is open to all education backgrounds. Applicants must be between the age of majority in their home province and 30 years old as of the start date of the cohort to which they are applying. Katimavik is committed to providing an inclusive, diverse, respectful environment and encourages applications from young adults of all backgrounds, genders, religions, and cultures.

During the selection process, Katimavik may contact you by phone and/or email to request additional information.

Please note that there are a limited number of spots available and we are unable to accommodate all requests for participation.

The information provided in this form will be kept confidential. It will be used by Katimavik staff to collect data on our programs and to create successful placements.
