The FuturePerfect Program

FuturePerfect builds meaningful connections between organizations across Canada and motivated young professionals aged 18 to 30 who are ready to contribute in a real work environment.

The program offers 12-week, full-time placements, supported by the Katimavik team, with the opportunity to hire the participant at the end of the placement.

Are You Eligible?

Katimavik accepts applications from businesses of all sizes, non-profit organizations, public sector entities, and others offering quality jobs to participants.
To collaborate with FuturePerfect, your organization must:

Offer full-time employment (35-40 hours/week) for 12 weeks, with a salary at least $2 above the provincial minimum wage.
Commit to offering a safe working environment with adequate supervision.
Ensure participants are treated fairly and integrated into your team.
Share necessary documentation.
